As a wife, and mom of two wild boys, entrepreneur, certified personal trainer and nutritionist - I feel you when you say "There's not enough hours in my day." Before becoming a mom I used to spend hours a day in the gym, eat like a bird, restrict foods and endless cardio to "burn as much calories as possible". I even continued this after my first postpartum journey and realized quickly how unsustainable this way was in motherhood. I no longer had time to spend hours exercising (or want to for that matter) and I definitely didn't want to give up ice cream dates with my little one because it "didn't fit my meal plan". I decided to create a BETTER WAY. This was when the Fit Mom Fat Loss Formula was created.
