Why I created
Fit Mom Formula
After I had my first baby, I was doing EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to lose weight....
I was:
Working out 6-7 days a week
Hour+ intense cardio sessions
Counting every last macro and calorie
Eating 1200 calories a day
Cutting carbs and the foods I love
This went on for over 3.5 years but when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd, I knew I needed to make a change. I needed to create a simplified fat loss strategy for the me postpartum two. One that both worked with the demands of motherhood and got me the results I desired.
And so I did just that!
